Savouring Europe - France (Lyonnais)

Feel inspired by Robert Golden’s travel and food guide as he explores the gastronomy of the Lyonnais region of France. The area is renowned for its hearty cuisine made from the finest, locally sourced ingredients. Try wild game of the Dombes region, fish from the Savoy lakes, fruits and vegetables of the Rhône valley and, of course, Lyonnais salad.
