For as long as Jim London has owned his beloved little castle on Railway Terrace, he has had to put up with his dreaded sitting tenant, Mr Wilkins. He lives upstairs and is never seen but heard far too often. Now at last the opportunity arises to get rid of the terrible old curmudgeon, since it seems that the military police are very interested in incarcerating Mr Wilkins for past misdemeanours. But it’s not as simple as all that. Jim and the mighty forces of law and order have failed to correctly assess the craft and cunning of the wily old lodger, who is highly trained in combat situations. Comedian Jim Davidson stars in Up the Elephant and Round the Castle as roguish Jim London. This popular ‘80s sitcom also starred soap stalwart Sue Nicholls.
