The Slayers - Try - Episode 4

There’s not a second’s break in the tension from episode three in this anime hit, with Lina and her friends under attack from the evil Valgave. Amazingly Xellos jumps to their defence, and when an earthquake strikes, Valgave escapes. The earthquake was caused by Grabos, who has found the weapon he was looking for when he attacked the village in the desert. The ground shakes whenever he touches it, making him understandably nervous. Xellos tells Lina and the others that Valgave is after three things – the weapon in the desert, Gourry’s Sword of Light, and Lina’s life. They rush to the village, only to find bad news waiting: there’s a giant sand snake on the loose, because Valgave already has the new sword. When the weapon clashes with Gourry’s Sword of Light, the consequences are dramatic.
