This hugely popular anime series was created by Kazuya Minekura and based on the Chinese novel Journey to the West. It’s the story of four reluctant heroes who must travel to India to stop the resurrection of the Bull-Demon-King. The fate of the world is in the balance, since the resurrection experiments have unleashed the ‘Minus Wave’ a force that has broken the peace between humans and demons.
