Part two of Next Big Thing’s search for Caribbean property opportunity looks at Saint Kitts, Antigua and Saint Lucia. Saint Kitts is the larger island of Saint Kitts and Nevis but the smallest nation in the Americas. Antigua is part of the country of Antigua and Barbuda. Over 24,000 people live in the capital of St John’s, while the English Harbour on the south eastern coast is famed as a ‘hurricane hole’. It gives protected shelter during violent storms and is the site of a restored British colonial naval station. Saint Lucia is one of the Windward Islands and it must be rather nice as Great Britain and France went to war over it 14 times! A good place to buy? Download to find out.
