Join Arthur Read, the bespectacled eight-year-old aardvark, in the hit US animated show adapted from the popular books by Marc Brown. Arthur deals with all sorts of children’s issues that are part of growing up, from bullies and horrible siblings (in Arthur’s case, his sister DW) to school popularity. In the first adventure, Arthur’s little sister DW is determined to ruin Arthur’s first night out in a tent. She’s planning to prank him with her alien lights but who will have the last laugh? Arthur, DW or the real aliens? In the second story, the kids are eager to know why their parents stay up on New Year’s Eve. They’ve heard plenty of rumours but are determined to stay awake long enough to discover the terrible truth.
